Or Mercury from the Amalgam universe? Yeah, Makkari was lightspeed and Runner somewhere slower.

Surfer's travel speed is dependent on the distance, if it's too short the rest of them reach the finish line before he even percieves it started. on a multi galaxy distance he could so reasonably good.

You know that gladiators feat is above anything surfer did outside of hyperspace.

Superman has femtosecond reflexes and gladiator has nanosecond reflexes. That's an astronomical difference. WW should be in the nanosecond range.

Superman has another feat where he casually walks around and has a long conversation, loosens his tie, etc all inside the fraction of a nanosecond.
