Extant has the actual feats with the powerset, though. And stuff like Entropy and whatnot.

Yeah, Extant is already fully adept at temporal/reality manipulation(from small-scale to large-scale), and has plenty of feats to support that. The Worlogog also grants him complete omniscience -- he'd know what Kyle was going to do before he ever did it.

And like Phil said: he can also open up Entropy rifts at will.
