Super Saiyan 3 Goku (Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon) vs. Boohan

Who wins?

Based on their encounters with Hirudegarn, Movie #13 SS3 Goku > Ultimate Gohan. So he *might* be in Boohan's realm of power.

That said, I doubt Goku can cause any damage that Boohan can't just regen from -- and Boo also has candy beams, absorption, and infinite stamina.

Boohan wins.

Yeah, it took a Genki-Dama to finally kill Buu for good... and Goku had to be wished back to his full power, too.

Boo would lol @ the "Dragon Fist", imho.
