The vast majority of Hyperions are shit.

Some Hyperions does well but lose a healthy majority. Avengers Hyperion solos and splits with Supes.

All of them absolutely destroys him with utter ease.

I think what Carver means is that Avengers Hype can pull a win by himself, but not all the time. On average it's 50/50 in a one-on-one.
