They don't really have counterparts, I see no similarities besides Genius and money between Tony and Bruce. Bruce hides behind a false identity, Tony is Iron Man. Bruce isn't a party guy, Tony is off the chain. Same with all the others, even Darkseid and Thanos are not really analogues.

This imo

Tony Stark - John Henry Irons/ Steel is the closest match in ability not personality.

Dr Doom - Ultra Humanite is a closer match than Luthor etc. He has a super intellect but instead of building arnor has enhanced himslef. He augmented his brain to have TP/TK, genetically altered a body to put it in to become class 100 and has played with magic (aquiring hammer of Thor, Powerstone, attempted to get Helm of Nabu, taken the power of a 5th dimensional imp)

Moon Knight - Batman is probably the closest but not perfect

Hulk - Solomon Grundy though instead of getting stronger whennhe gets mad, gets stronger when he absorbs energy (magical energy works best for him)

Thanos - Darksied is closest though they dont have anywhere nesr the same motivations

Thor-Superman and Wonder Woman

Thor is the heavy hitter of Avengers, most brave and one of most noble person in Marvel universe. It is like Superman.
And, He has warrior mentality like Wonder woman, and They are inhabitants of Myth.
