I didn't know if it was supposed to be just some assassin with the santa clause nickname or not. I thought it was but then they started talking about elves eating and stuff so I don't know if it's got a supernatural aspect or what exactly is going on.

Sadly, the trailer turned out to be a lot more exciting than the movie itself.

I wish my review contained mysterious truths, but it's as simple as this:
They put all the exciting parts in the trailer. It takes about fifty minutes for anything to happen and by then you don't care, it's just too predictable. Great cast let down by mediocre directing and a non-existent plot/storyline.

That's disappointing. I think I will still check it out, will report back.

I like that Mel identifies his reindeer as female. Nice attention to detail!

Will be watching this on Sunday with friends.

Doesn't look as good as the world's three best Christmas films, A Christmas Story (1983), Bad Santa (2003) and Die Hard (1988), but it looks good enough from the preview, hopefully it delivers.

Watched this last night, I enjoyed it. Dark Comedy and an action flick all rolled into one.

Walton Goggins carried it though.

Fatman probably happened because some executive loved these, and didn't understand they're not supposed to be made into movies, because even the best one note song gets old after a few hours.
