Which version is most powerful?

Not sure, for now I say Green Scar feat wises. Since Devil Hulk beastly form doesn't mean shit in the mental state and was easily dismantle by the leader.

Both are over rated Gamma turds.

Green Scar would break even with him, as they both are able to consciously tap into the source of their powers, or it would go to the one with a greater grasp of that power source. Very difficult to tell at this time. Best to wait and see.
