How powerful was Galactus? How powerful was Black Winter? Thor crushed an amped Galactus, and Marvel typically placed a well fed Galactus above most Celestials. I'd have to say yes based on scaling. Black Winter was a Universe destroyer. Thor kicked his ass in.
