This version of the true CM is the one from Fawcett comics and not the watered down naive boy in DC, set in the MU, with his pre-crisis Superman power levels ( or close ) and true tough man mentality, how well does he fit in.

Not at all actually. He's too cheesy to fit in. And with those power levels people would freak out whenever he's around.
