B) Quasar wins. He's great vs energy powered bricks like Simon.

I think if they went strictly hand to hand Simon would sleep his ass though.

Brother, Quasar is a normal human being (he's a former architect or something) without the Q-bands. I could beat him H2H.

He means if the quantum bands only are used for invulnerability and massivity.

Quasar is a trained SHIELD Agent if I am not mistaken
