Kal's heat vision, ice breath, and such would be more than enough here.
She is basically immune to physical damage, but has no actual path to victory. Even if Kal both herped and derped while punching her, he should put two and two together at some point and freeze her or something. And I'm going by comic logic, where punching really hard and fast doesn't always blow someone away.
