2) Gunfight in Nakatomi Plaza. Both get a Infinite-Mag Beretta and Uzi and start from the bottom and top of the building, respectively
3) Melee fight in Initech Office Building
4) The two must hunt each across Manhattan. 48 hours prep. Improvised resources

This is hard to call, since Deckard Shaw looks more skilled and has tied with superhuman Hobbs... but Ward has better feats overall.

I'd probably give 1-3 to Ward due to better feats but round 4 goes to Shaw because I don't recall Ward hunting down too many people of note.

Now if you were to change this match to Ward vs. The Transporter....
