I don't think Hulk wins this, but it's comics. Weird things happen.

Hulk becomes a statue.

He can try to "overpower" it all he wants, but there's nothing to overpower. He wouldn't feel any more resistance to his movements than he usually does, his movements would just take almost infinitely long from the outside perspective (but not from his).
