1. Mongul
2. Helspont
3. Wraith
4. Damage
5. Rogol Zaar
6. Doomsday

Note: In a pure slugfest, speed equalized, no BFR and no Worldbreaker.

How goes this?

Stops at one. It would probably go like MCU Hulk vs MCU Thanos

Which Doomsday? He can clear this without speed equalized depending on the version of Doomsday. Greenscar have some insane fts.

Stops at 1 maybe reaches 2 at best.

He'd beat them all. Rogol had to travel to the center of planets in order to destabilize the core to world kill. The Green Scar had full access to his power source, and was able to world kill without even being on the planet.

I think that it means that he can approach that level of power, but not exceed it. It is also against the ruling that was placed on the character, so I'm going to blatantly ignore that part of the OP. Do not use the Green Scar moniker, and then cherry pick what he can do. Use the World War Hulk moniker instead. That's the nerfed version of the same character.
