Surfer isn't weakened here. Who is taking the majority?

Physically weakened Superman still easily one shots Surfer.

Surfer is passively intangible so Clark can only hit him with his heat vision. He did make Null bleed and fought him briefly but he's not stronger than null. Silver surfer created a black hole out energy which requires star level energy to do and he created zenn la's star in silver surfer black.
