Dr Will Hatch
(This scenario is set sometime between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, and Season 4 of Breaking Bad)

One day, crime lord Gus Fring receives some enraging news that a shipment of blue meth en route to Gotham City was seized by the local authorities with help by an unknown vigilante known as the Batman.

Gus's employees swear that they were ambushed by a monster who could seemingly disappear at will and was invincible to arms fire, but the enigmatic Chilean is convinced that this a mortal man who can be exposed and later punished with cartel justice.

Worried that he will lose millions of dollars in revenue, Gus dispatches his loyal enforcer and jack of all trades Mike Ehrmantraut to Gotham to find out just who this "Batman" is.

Mike is not stupid. He will never directly confront Batman or try to fight him, but he does have the assistance of all of the Gotham crime families that we saw in Batman Begins/The Dark Knight, and they will all faithfully listen to his orders and carry them out.

Gus certainly shows a far greater level of cunning and subterfuge than any of the Nolan batman villains and without any plot induced stupidity I think he'd be difficult for batman to outmanoeuvre. It was an absolutely ridiculous way that he went out in the end. Even more so with what he's done in BCS. Worse than Omar in The Wire.
