The regulators crap should be retconned. TOAA is no longer a supreme being because of them. Thanos can put them back and get TOAA back to full power but then team 1 can just get them too. Because of this TOAA isn't a supreme being of marvel and can lose. So going with team 1.

Considering Thanos died and lost the power the One-Above-All should be supreme once more.

I'm going to give it to Thanos here, because at least his battle with the One-Above-All ended in an instant, as it's supposed go with cosmic characters. Darkest Knight's and Perpetua's slugfest, and Prime's intervention conveyed that they weren't all that powerful.
