This is Spiderman at his best (with no amps) vs Aquaman. No trident. Theres one twist though, no UN ft for Spiderman...anything else goes.

What does UN stand for? His ultimate nullifier durability feat? Or do you want to strip him off of his amazing work for the United Nations?
