I have a Galaxy S10 from work and an S9+ for personal use, I'm thinking of a new personal phone, what do you tech geeks suggest?

Whichever phone you get, make sure you send me your new number.

I've no complaints about the google pixel 4a for a less costly choice.

What do you want to do with it?

As an owner of a cheap 50 dollar walmart Samsung phone, they've come a long way. Battery life lasts forever, and they have enough horsepower for web browsing, streaming and such. And some low end gaming, if you're into mobile games.

As someone who also has a "flagship phone" LG, tbh I don't think they're worth the money. Not for me at least, I can care less about novel methods of unlocking my device instead of a tried and tested pin number, the camera isn't much of a selling point as I'm all about "good enough", within an arbitrary threshhold of functional vs unfunctional. And besides, real shutterbug buy specialized equitment.

And as one who used I-devices as well, stay away from them. Far, far away. They overcomplicate the simpliest things, like loading up mp3's onto your phone or taking files off, and the batteries almost always have a line where their usability drops off a cliff. You're buying a brand, and nothing else, there are better options.
