Stops at 8. Aquaman is that 8. She Hulk should be 9, and Namor is 10. Arthur is powerful, but not powerful enough to trade blows with Hyperion for a prolonged period of time, and he certainly wouldn't be able to last long against the Sentry. Also, Venom may be able to defeat Superboy as well.

Superboy (Conner) would be Nova's (Sam) level if he was in the Marvel Universe.

He doesn't clear, and could actually stop at 3.

I guess by beating all opponents.
