that was intimated at the end of the series but he had no control over it. even by the end he was only scratching the surface of his powers.

i think he means unless he evolved into his 'true' form..?

as for what he could do--all his abilities shown throughout the series were all said to be corollaries to his reality based/ability to play with fundamental physics. no one know exactly how far he would have gone with his full power.
