Dr Doom vs ultra-humanite

Doom stomps.

Baring in mind I'm not familiar with nu52. Pre FP they are pretty equal in a lot of ways. Ultra has a lot less appearances but he has prep feats on the same level.

Doom has an advantage in robotics (a field in which Ultra admits he is wanting)

Doom stole the power of Beyonder, Ultra stole the power of a 5th dimensional djinn
Both have made working time machines.
Both have made devices that give powers to others.
One learned magic, one used magic artefacts to imbue himself with vast mental powers.
Both have transferred minds and controlled others.
Both have many science feats (in Ultra's case they lean more towards medical and genetic manipulation, he did after all genetically alter the ape body he puts his brain in to be a class 100 so that his physicals match his mental power and has plenty of spare clones of it to transfer into should he fall. He also invented teleporters and time machines in the 40s as well as force fields and a machine that could reality warp - which he used to erase the JSA from existence)

I'd say it's close to a tie honestly

Ultra is underrated. He's easily top 5 prep geniuses in comics. Doom, Constantine, Lex are really the only ones that are peers.
