Cyborg magnetises Wolverine and he gets immobilised.
Good thread.

Doesn't he also have a sound cannon that's supposed to be pretty powerful? I can't imagine that being good for Wolverine.
DarkSaint85
Yeah but I don't care about his HF,lmao.
He's pinned to the ground, immobilised, period.

Best thing here would be for scans to be presented of Vic's combat feats. Wolverine is a helluva tough opponent.
lawest9
Logan's only chance would be to get in close, otherwise too many range attack options for Vic.

Against one of the top(if not the top) masters of magnetism in DC, Dr Polaris:

Cyborg's best chance is to get in close and make it dirty. If Wolverine can stay out of range he can hit him with his 3 foot long claws that fit into his 1 foot forearms.
Good fight.

Not sure what that scan is meant to show lmao.
So Beast calibrated it to only affect beings made of metal or wearing a lot of it - i.e. of a certain amount?

Adamantium is not like other metals.

It isn't, you're right.
Still magnetic though

Yes. And?
Metals can be ferromagnetic, paramagnetic and diamagnetic. There's no single rule, my Broly.

Serious question, other than cancelling Dr. Polaris' field, has Cyborg done anything with that power?

I'd have never guessed.

Hundreds of socks all over the forum. Some active, some inactive. Not just Broly, but in this case it's pretty easy to tell.

It's obvious Cyborg is far more versatile than Wolverine.
But unless he has more showings focusing on his electromagnetic abilities... then it's just as easy to pretend adamantium is totally diamagnetic or that Wolverine can simply power through such "irresistible" forces, like he did against Exodus or Michael Pointer.
Philosophía
Cyborg suspends Wolverine in the air with magnetic fields and boom tubes his dick off.
GG.
StiltmanFTW
Logan's dick grows back bigger. Cyborg gets on his knees.
GGEZ
Philosophía
Logan can't stand upright with a much bigger dick.
Cyclops appears. Sees the dick. Faints as Jean moans from a distance in anticipation.
Cyborg grows two dicks.
GGicks

Lol you think adamantium's non magnetic properties are as consistent as Cyborg being able to create an electromagnet, something any school kid can make at home with a battery, a wire and a nail?
Come on. I know you love to troll, but.....

I'm just asking if Cyborg has done anything with it.
Did he levitate some objects? Erect a forcefield? Use it in some different way perhaps, anything?
That scan is cool and all, but we need more. Or you're saying Cyborg is always ready to dismantle any metal-based enemies, but doesn't do so for some reason?
PS. Magneto is not a good example to prove how vulnerable Logan is, as Magneto can do pretty much anything, like giving me, you and Phil a prostate massage and making us cum at the same time.

Can I use Iron Man instead?
Besides, Cyborg isn't just a, well, cyborg. He's fused with a Motherbox.
Edit: a WEAKENED Iron Man, at 11%, with a low level magnetic field:

Yes, Iron Man from New Avengers is a far better example
So, has Cyborg done something like Stark? Or something comparable?

As in....create a magnetic field? I posted it already. You and I both know Cyborg is hardly used in comics, lol.
And like I said, and as Cyborg himself points out - creating an EM field is literal child's play. I can make one, right now, with a nail, a wire and a normal battery.
What Cyborg HAS done, multiple times, is scan his enemies.
So match starts, Cyborg and Wolverine are 500m apart, Cyborg sees that Wolverine has a metal skeleton......I mean, ignoring the whole 'common knowledge' stip that is always on, anyway - this fight is Cyborg's to lose.
Edit: even Wolverine himself acknowledges the powah of a magnet:
