I did pretty good....I got a couple bad entries like cookies.. I feel I have them secured good now anyway... (I have 3rd party cookies blocked) I got one medium entry.... (It said I was using an uncommon somethingl that might make me more recognisable -- Im using IE6)

It said it found 2 plugins..... 48 installed fonts......... 4 pages in my tab history...

Really we dont need ANY fonts installed do we?? (Web pages DL them as temp fonts on demand anyway dont they?? -- Sometimes I get warnings about sites wanting to DL fonts)

It warned me I have scripts enabled http://images.killermovies.com/forums/smilies/biggrin.gif (Well the test wont work w/them disabled I tried as I usually have them disabled)

I didnt understand it all but I think I did pretty good smile

The link doesn't seem to be working anymore. Not sure if it's the DNS or browser addon blocking the website.

Dude111
Heres another one,its not exactly like what I had posted though....

https://html5test.com/

This is one of the most popular browser tests.

Dude111
MyIE2 only gets 10 on that page.. (Which im assuming IE6 would get the same since this is an IE wrapper)

StiltmanFTW
IE6 *should* actually score 19/555, same as IE7.

Go to the "Other Browsers" section, then scroll down a little to "Scores" and select "All browsers" to view the list.

This site doesn't test everything though, so even if the wrapper gets a worse result, it's probably still better to use than the vanilla IE.

Honestly, I'm still impressed you're sticking to Windows 98. But hey, if it works for you, keep doing it thumb up Long live the retro systems.

Dude111
Hmm i just tested IE6 directly and the same score: 10

StiltmanFTW
Well, at least you know the wrapper is not affecting the result in the negative way thumb up

If you feel it works the best for you, keep using it. It's been ages since I used 98, but I'd still consider looking for some alternatives if I were you (as I said in the other thread).

Check out this thread, for example:

Why are you still using MyIE2? 🤔

Dude111
I like it buddy, its the BEST add-on I have ever found smile

StiltmanFTW
Well, nobody can really judge you, as there aren't many people alive left who have any online experience with Windows 98 stick out tongue

I still say you should try some other browsers. But it's still a miracle you can work on your machine smile

I would upgrade to Windows XP and use MyPal browser.

Dude111
Is MYPAL an IE WRAPPER like MyIE?
