I'd go with Aquaman tbh. He gets him in the ocean and drowns him, imo. Assuming he can be drowned.

In water Aquaman should win. On land he won't.

Is Weapon H as much of a loser as Weapon X?

Beach makes things more interesting. And doesnt AQ have a trident that can now do pew pew and splash splash..?
