I'm talking about the taxonomical classification of ideologies and how to describe those system's adherents in term of how closely their behavior lines up with their supposed world view.

If I tell you I'm a vegan while eating a bacon cheese burger you should know I'm bullshiting, not that the classification of vegan is bullshit.

Categories absolutely mean something and I don't really tolerate relativistic post modern thought.

Depends on the country the stolen nuclear secrets are from. IMO, it's either directly for Putin or whomever was willing to pay the most. eg If he stole Iranian nuclear secrets, the Saudis would pay billions for that and they have money to spare.

Then again, nothing would have stopped Trump (or someone working on his behalf) from making copies and sending and/or selling them to multiple parties.
