pure tp? this is a tough question to answer. xemnu has planetary levels of tp abilities. sk may be that powerful, but i wouldn't think he could control a planet's worth of people. i'd need to go back and check. styletime could probably say for sure.

in sheer power it might be xemnu--but in these types of battles skill usually is the deciding factor and i don't think there can be any doubt sk has demonstrated more skill (and has had many more appearances....) so i'd think sk could win this.
