Tyrant (Full-Power) vs. Knull (with the All-Black)

How goes this?

Not sure about this one? Knull has arguably better feats but was handled horribly, while Tyrant was by far the more interesting in terms of 80% of his on panel history. I'd like to say that Tyrant would win, but it's difficult to tell. IMO Tyrant should win but it's close.
