i love snow! lol planetary is the consistently best team book i've read, i think. as for the thread--depends on a couple things. first being how long someone needs to be incapacitated for to lose. snow would def freeze him solid, but:

hulk would definitely change back and be fine. it also depends a little on the definition of incapacitated. if snow KEEPS using his powers to freeze hulk, but has to continue to exert that power ALL THE TIME because hulk keeps changing back, is that an incapacitation? not imo, but there doesn't seem to be a rule. and hulk's healing may actually make him immune to the power at some point--at the least it will continuously heal him and force snow to continually freeze him until snow is too exhausted and hulk wins via attrition--which i believe IS a legal forum win.
so, yeah. love to see snow in a thread.
