Quantum is pretty much the Image Magneto. Powered off em field from the Earth, wants to kill all humans for hunting down Nu-Men. Even made a Holocaust reference, for the thicker fans in the audience.
Powers work a bit differently though, was more of a jack of all trades energy projector. He permanently depowered Supreme when they fought.
