Im gonna say the SS edge them out due to being faster. It would be a helluva fight imo though

RoboCain tanked a fall from a skyscraper into a parking garage and a massive explosion that sent cars above him flying. He also tanked the Cobra assault cannon, which one-shotted ED-209. How is anyone putting him down? He has a minigun and a cannon that damaged even Robocop's armor. Between him and Pops' arsenal they can make it extremely difficult for the MCU team to get within melee range.
