Can't remember if this was shown in the movies but in the books, Lestat is actually a mind reader. So will be hard to win even with prep.

Okay Batman's explosives or the missiles from his Tumbler may stun or defeat Lestat.

He's not gonna be able to hit him though so it doesn't matter.
