Is Bishop enough to stop someone who writes his own rules?

not too sure bishop would have a way to counter the intangibility, (steve had a weapon prepped to counter his intangibility when he killed him i think) but bishop would also absorb most of whatever ghost threw at him. if ghost gets his apes to help, (he almost always has them) then maybe, but i think bishop would pull it off eventually in one on one. with the apes i think ghost could take a couple.
