In canon Which is more powerful , versatile , better and effective?

In Canon? There's literally no difference between the two. There's very, very little info about lightsaber forms in Disney Canon. And in all three of the Canon sources I can think of that mention Juyo and Vaapad, they're treated as "Form VII, Juyo/Vaapad" and no distinction is made.

In Legends, Vaapad is just a more "complete" version of Juyo. So it's "more powerful, versatile, better, and effective."

As styles, canon makes no distinction between them. Vaapad is just a Juyo variant.

^^ Awesome Galan so basically Vaapad I take it is more a jedi variant of the Juyo which is sith etc ?
Also do the sith know/learn both juyo and vaapad?

Galan007
Vaapad is basically the Jedi equivalent of Juyo, yeah.

As has always been the case. Even in Legends, the only noteworthy difference between the two was that Vaapad included mental exercises to prevent the user from being corrupted by the aggression necessary to properly practice the form.
