This is a hard fight to judge, because a 'no-name' GL SHOULD have PIS turned off by default, but without any CIS to judge (as it's a no-name) posters (like me) will add their own 'this is what I would do' to the fight.

Which then turns it into a BZ, but without limits.

if its kilowog i give it to gl. if its a rando gl but lets say not a veteran i'd give to ronan.
