These days he probably could, but when Cain was at his higher levels, he'd have easily moved Dukes.

Even if we include Blob's highest feats, he's still limited by the very durability of ground he is placed upon.

If it's the adamantium floor, then yeah, we have a problem.

If it's ground-ground, then Juggy should do it --- perhaps even in his weakened state.
