Zod was clearly portrayed as far more powerful than Cyborg Superman/Eradicator/Supergirl/Mongul etc.

Rebirth Eradicator hasn't shown intangibility.

The only version of Eradicator with intangibility is Krypton Man version, he never showed that ability again, even post Crisis.
