Depends on the type of prep.

Standard "street" prep... no.

Exosuits, JLA equipment, temporary enhancements and whatnot... anything is possible.

Batman uses bat knockout gas. WW Hulk holds his breath, so Batman kicks him in the solar plexus to make him breathe it in and Hulk gets knocked out.

Batman's only real advantage over bricks is being smarter than them, and having endless gadgets.


Banner is smarter than Bruce, and fairly certain his intellect is running this version of Hulk. He also has the bag that warps into his lab, and no real reason to assume it isn't packed away on his person somewhere, as he always carried it around while training Skaar.

1. That's not WWH. WWH had the gladiator armour on etc
2. Only Batman has prep here, not WWH.
