Let's figure out who the better brainwashed assassin is. Bucky is in full Winter Soldier mode here.

Round 1: Both are tasked to track down and assassinate each other in New York City. Standard Gear for both.

Round 2: Melee combat. Taskmaster gets a shield and long knife and Winter Soldier gets a long knife.

Round 3: Pure h2h

Haven't seen BW yet.

WS.

TBH, Taskmaster stomped Widow even harder than WS did, and this was Widow right after Civil War. She may actually take the majority using Widow as point of comparison.

I actually thought she put up a better fight against Taskmaster, though that was also due to the fact that Taskmaster was not really interested in her.

That said, WS treated Black Widow like an irritating bug and she's normally only able to put up a fight when she either has help or she takes him by surprise.

There has been some debate over whether Taskmaster copies skill or just moves, because there is a difference. Being able to perform the same technique as someone else doesn't necessarily mean you know when/how best to utilise said technique in a fight.

Because while Taskmaster did beat Natasha in their first encounter quite handily, she caught her by surprise, both through her fighting technique and super stats. But Black Widow was able to fare much better during their final encounter when she knew what she was up against.

So, it's hard to say. If it is really a case that Taskmaster copies skill then logically she should win, as she knows Bucky's style and even used some of his knife fighting techniques against Red Guardian IIRC.
