Can Wonder Man defeat the soils of the Universe?

The soils could grow to be stronger than him.

If this is the Fallen One (Galactus' herald), then Wonder Man will have all the time in the world buried 6ft under the soil pushing up daisies.

He could be referring to the eternal Gilgamesh who was often mistaken for Hercules and Samson.
