Everything Bellatrix did, Muriel seemed to be able to replicate and even do more, The difference is that when Bellatrix's magic was shown to be exhibitionist Muriel's was more practical is deadly.

Also, Bellatrix Lestrange magic shielding might be able to block Muriel's fireballs & i thought Bellatrix has more feats than Muriel.

Yeah i've watched this, Apparition or teleportation might enable/allow Bellatrix Lestrange to evade Muriel's attacks.
