Nobody should get a herald's powers. Period. It would only be a matter of time before a lack of consequences would push someone to think "why not?" and become someone that even The Seven would find disturbing.

Carrying on the legacy of bluewaterrider would take at least a couple of abstracts.

He, alone, staved off the Luciferian Heralds -- a feat which is nearly impossible to match. Most people wouldn't even be able to identify the usual suspects.
