Now i think that'd be better match for both but can Indiana Jones do something to defend himself from the Indominus Rex if he's armed with his rocket launcher, grenades and 45 caliber handgun while fleeing from the killer hybrid dinosaur before he gets killed?

Alright I thought 45 acp is like slightly higher than mid caliber which might hurt I-rex.

Did you not watch the movie? The I-Rex was shrugging off 7.62, shotgun shells, 30 ought 6, and 50 Cal rounds from heavy machineguns.

But i thought 50 caliber rounds aren't even included in the movie but except the storyboards (shown in behind-the-scenes footage) for that.
