Now that we've seen the ability vegeta learned from Beerus, is there a character you think would master it faster then him?

Pure Boo. Then Freeza.

No joke. Yujiro is an absolute prodigy and beast in any setting, put him in Naruto and he'd invent a ninth gate, put him in One Piece and he'd invent a stronger form of Haki. In Dragon Ball under Master Roshi, he'd quickly learn his skills and advance in power level so fast it would make Freeza's head spin. Ultra Instinct AND Ultra Ego at the same time are not out of the question for him.

Dude, imagine Pure/kid Buu with ultra ego- that would be insane. He can take/tank infinite damage, and it makes him stronger, endlessly.
