This features the supernatural and takes place in an apartment or any rooms of a manor so what is going to happen here?

Bettle Juice couldn't hurt the djinn but I'm not sure about the power of the djinn and its effect on the dead. The djinn fulfilled wishes in exchange for souls and bettle juice was already dead. Assuming he could do it, his power was unlimited so he could destroy bettle juice without any problems. The immortal body of the Djinn could not be destroyed or killed.
