Can Beast trap the intangible or is she to smart for him?

Kitty would just beat hank straight up. Too fast, too strong, too skilled for Beast.

No need for intangibility gimmicks.

Kitty passes out from Beast's smell as she phases through him.

Kitty can just pass through Beast and damage his brain, like she once did with Absorbing Man (and Ko'ed him).
