All he can do is annoy Megatron because he'll have to scrape Balthazar juice off his foot after he steps on him.

There was 1 scene where Balthazar Blake transformed a fire escape staircase into confetti (besides plasma bolts, telekinesis or/& the ectoplasm trap) while Megatron is like composed of metal so i wonder if he could do the same thing against the Decepticon.
