Ahhh makes me think back to when he dressed like a pimp and caught multiple acorn workers, in multiple states, on camera saying they'd help him set up an underaged girl filled brothel, with tax payer dollars.

This ultimately lead to the acorn program ending, as it should have.

Also I hope being jailed isn't taken as a mark of culpability when we see whistle blowers like Snowden and assange get tracked and harassed around the world, not to mention the enormous amount of people falsely accused.

The Justice Department is full of loony lefties.

President Joe Biden was shocked to hear about the immigrant lottery payoff, and said it ain't happening. The Justice Department criticised him for saying it.

He is THEIR BOSS, and they try and call the shots.

I respect Joe Biden for calling them on their BS. Maybe he had no idea about the election theft either, because they left him out of the loop. If so I hope Joe continues to give them more then they bargained for.

Heard of it, I just dont believe it's true.

SCOTUS is chosen by the president, this doesn't strike me as them being separate. The president also chooses members of the federal reserve. Congress is supposed to make laws, executive orders are unconstitutional. The letter agencies have free reign to do whatever they want and can also be considered a branch of the executive branch as they were formed by Truman in 1947.

I could go on, but this should be enough to start.

Robtard
The POTUS has zero control of a SCOTUS judge after they're appointed. This is basic government stuff.

eg Every time Trump cried and ranted the few times one or more of his picked judges didn't side with him, because he thought he owned them lock, stock, and barrel.

This is like saying a mob boss and mobsters are separate and distinct because the mob boss can't perfectly control them. The mobsters are beholden to the mob boss only as far as self interest goes, when loyalty doesn't serve self interest they start their own side hustles.

Except of course a mob boss is the boss of his mobsters and a SCOTUS judge is not beholden to a POTUS after they're sworn in as it's a lifetime appointment.

You're really bad at this, ziggy

And the feds are known to keep things they take. Gun owners who have firearms confiscated as part of an unrelated search must jump through many hoops to get them back, and some are lost forever. The feds have no real accountability.

To sum up.

As it stands Project veritas likely bought, possibly stole, at the very least obtained and possessed stolen property and is now justifiably being investigated for this and any possible connection to the original theft and any subsequent crimes connected.

Project Veritas cannot dismiss a defamation lawsuit from a postmaster in Pennsylvania who says the group smeared him by running fabricated claims that he backdated mail-in ballots to sway the outcome of the 2020 presidential election for Joe Biden, a judge ruled.

The Erie postmaster, Robert Weisenbach, says he was actually a Donald Trump supporter who voted for him on Election Day.

The so-called "whistle-blower," U.S. Postal Service employee Richard Hopkins, recanted his remarks to the inspector general. Hopkins later asserted his about-face was coerced and reaped a windfall, making $130,000 over GoFundMe before that account was suspended and $236,000 over GiveSendGo, according to the lawsuit.

James O'Keefe, the founder and chairman of Project Veritas, has taken a paid leave from the conservative media organization as its board considers whether to remove him from his leadership position, according to current and former employees of the organization.

An internal message sent to Project Veritas employees by the organization's executive director Daniel Strack said that O'Keefe would be taking "a few weeks of well-deserved PTO."

I had seen images of Hunter in the past, so I was expecting him to be similar. I was not prepared for just how big he is in both length and girth.

Steven Alembik served on the Board of Directors of Project Veritas, and has donated to its founder James O'Keefe, the Senate campaign of Republican Rick Scott, and the Presidential campaign of Republican Ron DeSantis.

Criminal prosecutors will get to see over 900 documents pertaining to the theft of a diary allegedly belonging to President Joe Biden's daughter after a judge rejected Project Veritas' First Amendment claim.

The documents were produced from raids that were authorized in November 2021.

Electronic devices were also seized from the residences of three members of Project Veritas, including two mobile phones from the home of James O'Keefe, the group's since-fired founder.

The woman who admitted to stealing Ashley Biden's diary and selling it to conservative activists is facing arrest after skipping her sentencing, a federal judge said on Wednesday. Aimee Harris was supposed to be sentenced in Manhattan on Wednesday afternoon. Her lawyers had earlier told U.S. District Judge Laura Swain that the Florida resident was "unable" to attend because of "childcare and other issues."

Harris and another Florida resident, Robert Kurlander, pleaded guilty on August 25, 2022 to conspiring to commit interstate transportation of stolen property in connection with Ashley Biden's diary. Harris enlisted Kurlander to help sell the diary, Ashley Biden's family photos, and other items to the conservative activist group Project Veritas, which paid them $20,000 each, the papers show.
