Predator every single time if it counts Harry's wand as a weapon. The Invisibility Cloak was pretty much the only thing with no counter in that series so there's no way he can actually find him if he's cloaked.

What about all the best magic spells Harry Potter uses for combat.

How would he fair against each Predator?.

Are you Tyranno?

His spells as powerful and useful as they are, don't matter because "PREDATOR IS INVISIBLE AND CAN JUMPA ROUND LIKE SPIDER MAN".

Every Predator on this list does the same thing with the scenario you have set up. They cloak, and they shoot him with a Plasmacaster or hit him with a Shuriken from like 300 yards away. They're hunters first, warriors second.

Impediment
Predator destroys.

But didn't Harry Potter also once had the invisibility cloak?
