Who takes it?

KingD19
Goblin 1,000,000/10

He's fast enough to easily tag Peter whenever he wants despite his Tingle.
Strong enough to brutalize him and overpower him every time they go against each other.
And tough enough to ignore full force, rage punches for an extended time with no real issue at all.

Cap gets torn apart as soon as the fight starts. Or Norman takes his shield and cuts him in half with it.

You're acting as if going against an opponent with superior physicals would be something new for Cap?

Both Tobey and Tom have fighting skills of a nerd... and both have gotten their revenge against Norman in their rematch-rounds.

It's not, but then again when he does it usually doesn't go well for him. You can be used to something and still not be successful at it.

Loki - Ignored his hits and easily took him down.
Thanos - Only lasted as long as he did because of Mjolnir.
Corvus Glaive - Was on the back foot and needed help.
Bucky(Arm makes him superior) - Gave him the fight of his life.

You get the picture. And Goblin is stronger than any of the Spider-Men as Holland is the most powerful one and has the most feats and Goblin spent all of their fight scenes dominating him. We've already seen n00b Spidey no-sell a full force robo punch from Bucky, and Cap only beat him because he was more skilled than him in his first ever hero fight.

As for that last part, Osborn had Tobey dead to rights and only got killed because he was toying with him and tried to sneak him with the glider, and his spidey sense warned him in time for him to jump out of the way. Norman didn't know Spider Sense was a thing. As for Tom, he didn't get revenge. That would imply he overcame him and beat him down through his own power to avenge May. Goblin was having so much fun seeing him in pain that he barely fought back, then just stopped and let him wail on him for a while. And he was unhurt as well. Nothing Tom did had a lasting effect on him.

None of that even matters though. Cap has his shield, and that's it. If he throws it, Norman is more than fast enough to dodge it, or catch it, or swat it out of the air. And once it goes to h2h, Cap goes down. He can't hurt Goblin, he can't break any of his bones. While it will only take one or two solid shots to put Cap on his ass.

Funny how you left Iron Man out wink

Sounds like you need to rewatch Spider-Raimi 1.

Mary Jane and I, we are gonna have a hell of a time!

That's when Tobey loses it and beats the living shit out of Goblin, before the final glider scene.

Norman was on his ass and beaten. About to be killed by his own glider.

AGAIN.

So much Goblin fanboyism in your post, you probably formed some mental blocks preventing you from being objective here.

Don't get me wrong, I love Dafoe, too. But you're just twisting things at this point.

KingD19
Sure I am. I left out Iron Man because that fight was so much PIS you could smell it from outside the theater.

And it's not fanboyism, it's directly comparing feats. Steve struggles to keep a helicopter from taking off, Spidey accidentally yanks construction cranes over when he's hallucinating. Steve survives a fall by landing on his shield, Spidey gets run over by a bullet train and walks it off. Bucky's robo arm overpowers Steve, Spidey catches Bucky's full force punch with one hand, then casually twists it around so he can examine it. They're on different levels. And Norman took Spidey to town when they fought. Cap only even won against rookie Spidey because he took advantage of the environment and his skill. If he didn't have that sky bridge to drop, he wouldn't have been able to stop Pete.

We'll just have to agree to disagree.

Norman also held a loaded cable car with an outstretched arm with no discernible effort, whilst engaged in a lengthy monologue.

Each Roosevelt Island Tramway car(which is what Norman was holding) is credited with an empty weight of ~11 tons, and a fully loaded weight of ~21 tons -Source.

Considering the car Norman held was full of kids, we can probably meet somewhere in the middle and assume it weighed around 15-16 tons. Pretty impressive feat, considering the casualness of it.

wakkawakkawakka
Norman clears w/o issue.

Each of the Spider-Men are stronger than Rogers and Osborn took hits from the strongest Spider-Man when he wasn't pulling his punches. Cap isn't strong enough to do damage h2h and the Shield is a dice roll at best.

Psychotron
Norman takes it. That power bomb from No Way Home would have killed Steve.

Folded him right in half.

Cap FTW.

Arachnid1
Norman straight up stomps lol

McNasty996
Goblin takes it almost every time but Steve fights valiantly. Stat and equipment disparity seals the deal.

I think Goblin vs Loki (h2h) would be a more interesting fight.
